Planning the installation around a steel frame

The bungalows’ steel-frame construction required careful planning of cable routes, containment and fixings.

We coordinated the electrical installation with the structure and interior finishes, working alongside the carpenters, kitchen fitters and plumbers. This helped integrate the services into the homes without compromising the intended appearance.

The visible finishes were supported by the less visible systems each home needed: heating controls, ventilation, wired data and electrical distribution.

From the kitchen feature lighting to the communal external lighting, the installation brought these elements together as part of one coordinated electrical package.
