The project
Warwickshire Electrical delivered the complete electrical installation for a development of five six-bedroom prestige homes in Coventry.
The scope brought together lighting, heating controls, EV charging, connectivity and external services, with careful attention to how the homes would work in everyday use.

A large first-floor landing served two staircases and four bedrooms. The lighting needed to be straightforward to control from the different approaches.
We carefully planned the switch positions and intermediate switching before first fix, considering how residents would move between the stairs and bedrooms. Addressing this early helped avoid an awkward layout being discovered only after people moved in.

The completed scope combined the homes’ electrical installations with heating controls, connected services, EV charging, gate controls and external lighting.
